Directions:

Now, add the whіtеѕ and process thе mix untіl еvеrуthіng соmеѕ together. Pour thе dоugh іn a раn lined wіth bаkіng рареr, then bаkе for hаlf an hоur.

  1. my bread only rose to about 4" tall. do you think it might be bc i didn't get the whites stiff enough? when i poured the batter into the pan, it was thin like cake batter. not doughy at all.

    1. Happened to me, too. Flavor was great and it wasn't horribly dense, but it was flat as a pancake and much like batter.

  2. Thank you for sharing this recipe! I found it so easy to make and great results. I made it in a pyrex, as I don’t have bread tray but it looks amazing! I didn’t have cream tartar so used baking soda instead and I added an extra tablespoon of butter. I stirred the white eggs for long tome until I saw firm peaks, then with revolving moves mixed it with the dough. As it was not fully blended, used the hand mixer to mix it well and then poured it in the pyrex! Great great results! Thanks for sharing!

  3. Tried this today, terrible results. Did everything according to the recipe. The "dough" prior to adding the whites was more like batter. Added 1/2 cup more almond flour and 2T of vital gluten. Mixing in the whites made it worse, more like batter. Baked anyway, came out like a 2" high flatbread. My sister also made it without any additions, with the same complaint .believe anyone has had the results as pictured. Don't waste your ingredients..
