Roasted Chicken with a Citrus Glaze

original recipe:

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast cut into 1" strips (or boneless, skinless thighs)
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 8-10 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 small lemon plus it's zest
  • 1/4 cup honey


Combine all ingredients in a pan and bake in a PREHEATED oven at 450 for 25-30 minutes or until golden on top. No need to turn it!
