Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

makes 10 to 12 servings

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
  1. In a slow cooker, combine corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook on High for 2 to 4 hours, or on Low for 4 to 6 hours.

  1. We chop up some jalapenos in ours. Add as many or a little as you like.

  2. I really loved the flavor of this!!!! My only suggestion is either add more corn or don't use as much cream cheese. It seemed to be overpowering. I still however will use this recipe again because it really was one of the best cream style corn recipes I have made.
