Slow Cooker Creamed Corn
makes 10 to 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a slow cooker, combine corn, cream cheese, butter, milk, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on High for 2 to 4 hours, or on Low for 4 to 6 hours.

We chop up some jalapenos in ours. Add as many or a little as you like.
ReplyDeleteI really loved the flavor of this!!!! My only suggestion is either add more corn or don't use as much cream cheese. It seemed to be overpowering. I still however will use this recipe again because it really was one of the best cream style corn recipes I have made.
