Bailey's Brownies

We love how quick and easy this recipe is by using boxed mix. Melt-in-your-mouth Baileys brownie on the bottom, Baileys fudge in the middle and chocolate on top. You’re Welcome!

Bailey's Brownies

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on box
  • 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 3/4 c. milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of kosher salt


Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 8"-x-8" baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Prepare brownie batter according to box instructions. Spread in pan and bake brownies according to box instructions.

In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, Baileys Irish cream, vanilla, and salt. Place bowl over a pot of barely simmering water to create a double boiler and stir constantly until the chocolate is melty.

Pour fudge mixture over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until set.

Slice into squares and serve.
